Lisa Andersson is the daughter of Lars Andersson (1918-2025), an international banker, and Inga Joergen-Anders (1970-?), a scholar of international law who, at the time she met Lars, worked as a fashion model

Inga Joergen-Anders was a test subject in the Red Nova Project of the late 1980’s. When the project ended, a sample of ovum was collected and sent to Reticuli for the ongoing project there, and the test subjects were released back into the native population. When her monitor beacon indicated she was carrying a near term fetus, she was brought back to the orbital platform for evaluation. Young Lisa was examined in the womb where her telomeres were adjusted to cease her aging as a young adult.

In 1992, Lisa was given the first of seven genetic modifications. Each was keyed to the next, with the goal of bringing her to a score above 4.0 in each category. By her seventh augmentation, Lisa reached a H.E.R. of 4.525.

Before she was of school age, Lars moved from Sweden to Denmark. Lisa spent much of her childhood on the bridge over the Koge Bay between the two countries. She attended the Bjorn International School in Copenhagen until she was sixteen. Lisa was a good scholar at school and charmed all of those around her. By the time she left Copenhagen, she was proficient in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, English, French, Spanish, Dutch, and German. While in college, she would also learn Mandarin.

At sixteen, Lisa enrolled in the Medical University of Vienna’s Center for Public Health. She earned a Masters’ Degree in Health Economics when she was twenty-two. From there, she travelled to Washington, DC to attend American University’s School of International Service and earning a PhD in International Relations. Two years later, she earned a second PhD in International Economics from the London School of Business.

In 2015, Lisa moved to New York City where she was hired at the World Bank and where she was appointed by the shareholders to the twenty-five member Board of Directors. That same year, she met Xiaojian Wang, one of the board members from the World Health Organization. One year later, they were married having two ceremonies, one in Oslo and one in Beijing. The couple split their time between New York City and Geneva.

When Lisa began working at the World Bank, she did so as an operate of the Hoagland Institute. It was her job to use her augmented abilities to move monetary policy in line with Institute objectives. As Wang made regular trips to the United Nations in New York City, Lisa was assigned the task of seducing him and gaining influence over W.H.O. funding.

In 2027, Lisa was given a seat on the Majestic 12.  After the worldwide 'lizard hunts' and the collapse of the old-world governments, Lisa relocated to Barrett Base on the moon.  When the Majestic Bank was organized in 2032, she was appointed governor.  In 2065, she was elected to the MJ1 seat which she gave up in 2075 in deference to Jennifer Fairchild.
