In the spring and summer of 1984 when Andrew's mother was fifteen, Griffin, Georgia was the scene of numerous unidentified aerial phenomena. In June of that year, she was reported missing and was not located for five days at which point she was found at home in her own bed. After the departure of the Pleiadeans, markers were found in Andrew's DNA suggesting that his mother had been a genetic test subject.
Andrew was enrolled to begin coursework at Clark Atlanta University for a master's degree in criminal justice when his beacon was activated and he went to the Hoagland Institute.
When the Hoagland Institute relocated assets to Barrett Base, Andrew was sent to the team on Celestra Cay. In 2032 he resigned from the Hoagland Institute and enrolled in Emory University hoping to resume his studies. He found opportunities for men had become extremely limited.
