Bianca grew up in affluent Ooltewah, TN the only child of Kirk Bilodeau (1940-2017), civil war historian and author, and his second wife, Audra (Talasco) Bilodeau (1975-2073). Kirk Bilodeau also had four children by his first wife, Ana (Furey) Bilodeau (1942-2020), and a daughter by his third wife, Naomi George (1997-?). Naomi George is an augment in the program (TS#2010070114). Kirk Bilodeau was well to do, but his estate in its entirety passed to Naomi George. Bianca received the proceeds from a small insurance policy.
Bianca and her future stepmother were in the same class until junior high school. Bianca was an “A” student and Naomi a “C” student. Bianca’s father met Naomi after Bianca’s high school graduation when he stepped behind the school to take a drink from his flask of bourbon and found Naomi drinking her bourbon straight from a bottle. Kirk did not appear at a family gathering that evening. Bianca’s parents began divorce proceedings the next week and Bianca’s father married her new stepmother on Independence Day.
Bianca was brought onto the orbital platform in July of 2010 and approved for augmentation. She and Naomi George were given the same initial genetic modifications on the same night. They were each given three subsequent identical augmentations on the same dates.
Classmates report that Bianca had looked down on Naomi in high school. After Naomi married Bianca’s father, Bianca’s mother received alimony which ended one year later when Kirk Bilodeau died abruptly of a massive heart attack. With the divorce, Bianca changed her plans from studying linguistics at Emory University in Atlanta to studying communications at the local community college with plans to transfer after two years. With his death, she had to cancel her plans for a transfer.
After graduating from Chattanooga State Community College, Bianca was hired by the Hoagland Institute and moved to Florida. She is the spokesperson for the Institute.
