Giuliana was born of an extramarital affair between Gennaro Campansano (1946-2010), who ran a vending machine business and was a Capo in the Eatoni Crime family, and Bonnie “Bazooookas” Boernstein (1978-2002) an exotic dancer and pornographic actress living in Atlantic City. When Campansono’s wife, Isabella learned of Giuliana’s existence, she insisted on adopting her. A custody fight ensued which ended when Boernstein’s body was discovered under the Atlantic City Boardwalk, apparently of an overdose.

The Campansanos formally adopted Giuliana and raised her on their Long Beach Island estate in Lovelyladies. In 2010, Gennaro suffered a major heart attack which weakened him considerably and Isabella took over the family books. Two months later Gennaro succumbed to a second heart attack. Fozzio Eatoni sent a nephew, Tony Eatoni to take over the family business.

Isabella lost interest in her adopted daughter after the death of Gennaro. By 2012, she was drinking heavily. The family estate was badly damaged in Hurricane Sandy that year. Tony Eatoni, who had taken up residence in Surf City arranged for Isabella and Giuliana to rent a home in Beach Haven. Giuliana maintained her attendance at school and waitressed in a Beach Haven restaurant, which Tony worked out of, starting in the summer of 2015.

In the fall of 2015, Fozzio Eatoni was turned on by his own bodyguards and assassinated in his home placing Angelo DeMarco in charge of the syndicate. In 2016, a young woman called “Venus” drove to Beach Haven who Giuliana later learned was thirteen-year-old Bambina DeMarco. While Giuliana watched, Tony took a hammer from the back room and used it to break the fingers of his left hand while he explained to Bambina how he had been embezzling family money for the last three years. Bambina learned that their waitress was the daughter of Gennaro Campansano, she told Tony to teach her to “do everything you do”.

On Christmas day, 2018, Bambina DeMarco came back to Beach Haven and told Tony and Giuliana to meet her in the restaurant. Bambina told Tony to shoot himself in the head. Giuliana watched as Toni calmly took out his gun and fired in into his temple. Bambina wished Giuliana a Merry Christmas and told her the island was hers. At twenty years of age, Giuliano Campansano owned every vending machine from the vacation condos of Ship’s Bottom to the residential neighborhoods of Lovleyladies. These washed the money from her gambling and loan sharking businesses.

On February 22, 2022, Bambina DeMarco was captured and brought to the Merritt Island research facility. Giuliana was one of four individuals who were brought in with her. The DeMarco group held the upper two floors of Building One of the M.I.R.. During that time, Giuliana was given an augmentation and then a full synthetic implantation. The methods used for these procedures were not those sanctioned by the laboratory and would likely cause the subject to be prone to mental and emotional instability. In addition, it appeared Giuliano received the “Blue Octave” augment, an unsanctioned procedure previously only performed aboard the orbital platform by Pleiadean scientists.
