Kaye, Dianna TS#2010070566

Dianna's father grew up in the Fort Lauderdale area. He was self-employed designing and building computer networks. Her mother, Willow West was publicly known as a private security analyst in Central Florida. She was in truth, a specialized operative working for the both the Pleiadeans and MJ12 before the creation of the Hoagland Institute.  While Kenneth was adept at creating electronic and computer gear for his wife, his own business was never able to generate income.  

Dianna was raised by her father.  Her mother traveled extensively for work and Dianna rarely saw her.  In December of 2013, Kenneth Kaye was severely beaten during a home invasion.  He suffered three broken vertebrae, a collapsed lung and a severe brain hemorrhage.  Willow West had left for an assignment in the Miami area hours earlier and Dianna was spending the night at a boy's house.  After the attack, it took several months before Kenneth Kaye was able to walk short distances with a walker.   He continued having great difficulty putting together thoughts and speaking.  He passed away in September 2015.  Willow West stayed with Kenneth during his final two years.  In June of 2016, she disappeared without a word.

Growing up, Dianna was known for her very friendly extremely outgoing nature. After becoming a certified lab technician, she was hired by the Hoagland Institute where she assisted Doctor Franklin Poe in the initial set up of the Merritt Island labs.

Dianna had very high ratings in Charisma, Stamina and Recovery.

In January of 2026, Dianna was found to have been conducting unsanctioned genetic augmentations on a teacup Chihuahua she had received the previous Christmas.  An official reprimand was placed in her file, but she was promoted to lab-tech I.  After the Institute relocated to Barrett Base and the need for lab-techs was greatly reduced, she was allowed to conduct independent research into animal augmentation.
