Little is known of Elizabeth Parker's early life. She had been part of an unspecified Pleiadean experiment and was left on Zeta Reticuli when the Reticilans were freed from Pleiadean control. When she arrived in the Solar system in 2025, she identified herself as a twenty-nine year old Canadian citizen of Japanese descent.
In 2025, the Reticulans named her as their liaison to humanity and placed her in charge of the Pleiadean platform on behalf of the Hoagland Institute. In the same year, with Reticulan sponsorship, she was appointed to Majestic Twelve.
