Morris Fletcher was hired by the O.G.A. during his final semester of college.  He was trained in Information Containment and assigned to a team in Washington, DC.  In 2025, he was promoted to a team leader position stationed in Grooms Lake, NV where he had command of three Information Containment Specialists and fifteen soldiers.  In 2029, he was placed in command of the entire Information Containment Department.  

After the fall of the United States, when the O.G.A., became the enforcement arm of Majestic Twelve, Information Containment was dissolved, Fletcher was reassigned back to being a field agent.  Fletcher's wife filed for divorce.  He lost his home in Henderson, NV and took an apartment in Las Vegas.
