Aurora’s father, Orlando Fuentes (1953-2020) was a building contractor who spent most of his time on disability. Her mother, Elena Azarenka (1960-2042) had been a cocktail waitress, a bartender, a hostess and a receptionist. Aurora was the youngest of six children.

The Fuentes’ oldest child, Tamara (1978-2097) was an abstract painter living outside of Doylestown, Pennsylvania with Dennis Barcus (1978-2058) where they rented a farm. Destiny (1980-2071) worked at the counter of an auto parts store in Agawam, Massachusetts, wass married to Larry Clark (1979-2036) an automotive mechanic. The two had four children. Alex (1983-2008) had worked on the loading dock of a big box store but had dependency issues leading to an overdose. He had lived in Ocean City, New Jersey with his girlfriend, Leslie Ann Lamothe, (1982-2080) and two children. Luisa (1987-?) (TS#2000032862), her husband, Ryan Lassiter (1982-2043), and daughter, Lynne (2009-?) (TS#2022041370), lived in Sarasota, Florida. She managed a condominium complex, and her husband was a Pinellas County Deputy. Wayne (1988-2071) lived in Fort Lee, New Jersey where he worked for a moving company. His wife, Kelsey (1991-2075) worked the night shift at a convenience store.

When Aurora’s older sister Luisa was brought to the orbital platform for testing, Aurora was also tested. As she was not yet five years old this was against existing protocols. Ailrinni approved Aurora for genetic modification and implanted her with the unsanctioned Blue Octave genes.

By junior high, Aurora was, by a large margin, the largest girl or boy in her class. By her freshmen year, she was several inches taller than any graduating senior and the girls’ basketball team was built around her.

In 2043, she met Jaimacan born German industrialist and investor Samuel Rouche who was, at the time, one of the richest men in the world.  Less than one month later, the two were married.  Two months after that, she filed for divorce while the two were on Luna on their way to Mars.  The petition for divorce was granted on Luna which ensured its acceptance in the New American Union.  Rouche contested the settlement in German courts on the grounds that he had signed a prenuptial agreement while under artificial pheromonal pressure. but Germany was in disarray due to the Nar Nahaeiya and his case was never given a full hearing.  As a result of the divorce, she received ownership of a chemical plant in Pennsylvania, a pharmaceutical plant in Indiana, two pharmaceutical plants in Ohio, a manufacturing plant in South Carolina and extensive soybean fields in North Carolina.  When an investment group bought out the remains of the Rouche Corporation in bankruptcy court, she traded proprietary drug and medical patents for fifteen percent stake in the new company.  She secured her niece, Luisa Lassiter a seat on the new board of directors.
