Trisha’s father, Thomas Eugene Fusco (1953-2034) was a structural engineer for the F.A.A. before retirement. Her mother, Marianne Colucci (1966-2059) was an elementary school teacher. Trisha is the oldest of four siblings. Joseph Fusco (1993-2068), who received an MFA from Penn State, has held several jobs as a factory worker and as a construction laborer punctuated by long periods of unemployment. Joseph lives with their sister Hanna (1994-2100), who also received an MFA from Penn State and who works as a graphic designer for a local paper, and her husband, Brian Osborne (1989-2070), an art director for a video game developer. The couple reside in Newark. The youngest sibling, Gerald (1997-2031) lived with the parents in Patterson.
While working on her M.F.A. at Rutgers, Trisha moved to the Great Falls Historic District in Patterson and began working at the Patterson Museum of Industrial History. In addition to her arts degree, Trisha has a welding certificate.
In 2011, when the city of Patterson laid off a large number of police officers, the Guardian Angels began patrolling the city. Trisha became active in the chapter and has regularly patrolled her neighborhood.

Patricia's mothers, Patricia Fusco (2107-2249) and Blanche Washington (2141-2250), purchased a premade clone from one of their own genetic lines and raised her in a strict home. In 222232, she married Felagot Pahlavi (2213-2257), a woman cloned from an altered strain of the Pahlavi line. In 2234, the had a direct clone of Patricia made at the Mayworld Cloning Facility. In 2050, after the death of both of Patricia's mothers, they inherited the family's workshop on Isaac. Falagot died in an incident at a meatstick brothel on Isaac. Against Patricia's wishes, Filomena joined the Human Defence Force and went to the military academy on Ganymede where she became pregnant after an encounter with a military clone. After the baby's birth, it was placed in a stasis chamber and shipped to Patricia who then raised it, naming it Margaret.
