Victoria’s mother Mackenzie Gendron (1983-2088) was a bartender in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Her father is listed as unknown.

Victoria’s mother was brought aboard the orbital platform in 2001 and impregnated using sperm from Geoff Eichler (TS1986092465).  What appeared to be an "immaculate conception", Mackenzie Gendron's mental health deteriorated over the years accompanied by a growing religious fervor.

Victoria attended a religious high school and explored becoming a nun.  She was expelled from the Franciscan college she attended for what was called a deviant overly sexual behavior.

Victoria was hired by the Hoagland Institute in 2022 and trained for security.  She was then sent to Celestra Cay and assigned to Strike Team 4.  In 2023, after the death of Maxwell Campbell and the restructuring of the teams, she was promoted to Tean Leader, Rapid Response Team 4.
