Arthur Hamlin moved to the new community of DeLand, Florida in 1883 and became the town attorney as well as the attorney for Henry DeLand, John Stetson and railroad magnate Henry Flagler.  In 1886, a Pleiadean scout ship crashed in Hamlin orange groves north of the town.  The only survivor was a geneticist, Rilynnmitore.

The Pleiadean experimented on Hamlin's DNA.  He and the Pleiadean worked with the N.S.A., the C.I.A., MJ12, the O.G.A. and the British Intelligence Ministry.  The two remained together until a rescue ship arrived for Riliynnmitore in 1975, at which point, Riliynnmitore abandoned Hamlin to work with the other Pleiadeans to re-engineer humans to aide them in their war with the Drago.

Rilynnmitore used samples taken from Hamlin to impregnate a woman in Pennsylvania leading to the birth of Mary Drumheller.  Later, Ailrinni used Hamlin's DNA to impregnate Han-Rin Kwan and create Teresa Kwan.  Hamlin's DNA was taken to Zeta Reticuli where it was used to begin the "B-Series" Terran clones.

The B-Line of the Terran series clones are all based on Arthur George Hamlin.  Upon Hamlin's death, twenty clones were decanted and prepped.  0017 was chosen for deployment on Earth.  He worked for the Dragonian Ca’brakan until the lizard's death.

He was killed in the Virgin Islands by Olena "Oaklyn" Bayer who had been hired by Jessica Hylton.

The B-Line of the Terran series clones are all based on Arthur George Hamlin.  0088 was one of a group of B series clones decanted in Terran year 2024.  He was deployed to Terra in 2025.  Ca'brakan was dead; MJ12 was reorganizing after the attack on its headquarters; The Hoagland Institute was preoccupied with the construction of Barrett Base.  He was left with no instructions.

He went by the Name Daniel Bernard Cooper which he found on one of the alias identities left behind by the original Arthur Hamlin.  He married Talia Miller, fathering two children with her.  When his wife and daughter relocated to Barrett Base, he remained in Florida believing he had a yet undiscovered mission to fulfill.  In 2075, he was tortured and killed by Olena "Oaklyn" Bayer.

The second-generation clone of the Hamlin series was trained as a Lieutenant and assigned to the Heavy Cruiser T.S.S. Calcitriol which was sent on an extended mission on the edge of Pleiadean space.  Attrition levels aboard the ship were exceptionally high.  After two years he was promoted to Captain and two years later he was promoted to Major.

Hamlin is thought to have been responsible for the destruction of the T.S.S. Calcitrol after falling under the influence of the Pleiadeans.
