Hydee was given her first genetic augmentation aboard the Pleiadean orbital platform when she was only seven years old. Prohibitions on manipulating children that young had not been put into effect in 2004. Her father, Leif Pavlin, was a bus driver in nearby New Haven, Connecticut. Her mother worked in a commercial bakery which supplied a local donut chain. Although Hydee had no knowledge of what had been done to her D.N.A., she grew up conscious of her physical and mental strength. She was very self-assured.
Hydee traveled to Florida after high school where she worked a series of part time jobs in beach towns while she attended college learning to install and maintain computer equipment. In 2016, she married Gregorie Roshenko who was facing deportation.
Two months after being hired by the Hoagland Institute, she reported to the clinic on Merritt Island where she was seen by Justine Corsentino and a pregnancy was terminated. Genetic testing proved the father was Arthur George Hamlin who had done intake retreival on her. The fetus was sent to the Containment Department where it was placed in stasis.
