Ivanka was raised on Ganymede by Katerina Noloznika, who cloned herself after her divorce from Felicity Sanchez, rather than using the stored genetic line. Katerina was the lead hydraulic engineer on Ganymede.
Ivanka was recruited by the OGA while finishing her Bachelor's Degree on Mayworld and assigned to work in Threat Analysis. She was one of the agents to receive specialized targeted enhancement from the Rouche Corporation's genetics division. She rose through the agency ranks and in 2238 she was named OGA Director.
In 2248, when the Majestic Council defunded the OGA, Ivanka used her contacts within the Rouche Corporation to have the agency resurrected as a division of the company. Her intelligence network was a major factor in the Rouche Corporation becoming the largest commercial enterprise in human occupied space.
In 2249, she received a clone from the Majury line from the Rouche cloning facility artificially aged six standard years, which she then raised as a daughter and trained as her protégée.
