Judith was the result of a one night stand between pharmaceutical executive Chad Cross and zookeeper/sculptor Juanita Gomez.  Gomez gave Judith Cross' last name, but Judith never met her father.  Cross did pay for her education.   

Judith was married to real estate developer Eric Feinman (GTS#2002050805) one year after moving to Florida.  Feinman had used his high charismatic score in acquiring a substantial real estate portfolio during the economic slump which quadrupled in value in 2017 when the economy recovered.  He developed the property during Florida's boom years and by the time of the DeMarco Nanite Virus he had a net worth of over sixty million dollars.

Feinman became infected with two different strains of the DNV within a few hours of each one: one from Judith Cross, and one from an unknown source.  The two strains competed for dominance, and his immune system became severely compromised.  He was hospitalized in quarantine at the Barrett Base medical bay in 2030, passing away in 2032.

Cross' psychological profile notes that she is a product of a pampered childhood in which her every whim was catered to.  She married a handsome man with the means to buy her whatever she wanted.  She was found to lack the ability to make strong emotional bonds.
