Paige Kline grew up in the city of Miami in the Free State of Florida. Her father, Theodore Kline was a graphics design artist. Her mother, Patricia was a judge in the Florida Tort System. The Klines struggled to conceive, and Paige was an only child.
After completing an undergraduate degree in Miami, Paige went abroad to study public policy and law at Yale University in the New American Union. She was hired as a law clerk at the FSF embassy in Washington, but after one year, she received an offer to join the Hoagland Institute's legal team and relocated to Luna.
