Lobella Otkon-Gaoh was one of the Pleiadean administrators under the command of Suki al Ghaol who arrived at Sol 3 (Terra) in 1972.  She had little understanding of human behavior. but had a fixation with bovines based on a complete misunderstanding of their anatomy.

She was in the national spotlight in 1986 when she suddenly appeared at a Halloween event west of Davenport, Iowa in what became known as the "Davenport Cow Lady Attack".  In the resulting confusion, seventeen children were hospitalized with minor injuries, a barn burnt to the ground, and three cow were later found to have been entirely exsanguinated.  

Lobella spent most of her time relaxing in nutrient pools communing recreationally with other administrators and mooing. 

She and the other administrators survived an attack by Audreona Betz in 2023 but were exposed to enough saline to lose the illusion of human form and regain close to a native Pleiadean appearance.
