Significant Clones:

Pauline MacAvoy grew up on a farm in Fruitdale, Alabama, the daughter of William MacAvoy (1973-2027) and Mary Ellen Walters MacAvoy (1975-2047). She was the oldest of five children. In addition to operating the small family farm, her parents owned a farm supply store.

A B+ student, she excelled in athletics playing basketball on the girls’ team and football on the boys’ team. She additionally ran track in her freshman and sophomore years and was involved in the school’s weight-lifting club. In her senior year, she was Captain of the boys’ football team. She dated both the alternate quarterback and the head cheerleader simultaneously.

In the spring of 2009, Pauline was taken to the orbital platform where she was given her initial genetic augmentation which increased her physical performance and command control initiative. The H.E.R. after initial augmentation was an exemplary 2.25 with exceptional scores in charisma, strength and endurance.

Pauline joined the United States Marine Corp immediately upon graduation from high school in June of 2011. She spent thirteen weeks training at Parris Island. After training, she was sent to Blount Island Command in Jacksonville. While there, she met two researchers from the Hoagland Institute. On their request, she was transferred to a marine squad stationed at Homestead Air Force Base with a field promotion to corporal.

After completing training at Parris Island, she was again taken to the orbital platform where her initial augmentations were increased. The tested H.E.R. increased to 3.0 with unexpectedly high scores in charisma, pheromonal and strength. Her move to Homestead was facilitated by Hoagland operatives who intervened and initiated her transfer to the force overseeing the super-soldier initiative. She was initially in command of one of two squads of non-augmented marines handling security.

In the failure of the super-soldier serum and breakout event of December 2013, she was the only survivor of her squad. She terminated three of the six subjects single-handedly and without weaponry and supervised the clean up operation in which she took the remaining three subjects into custody under the “bath salts” cover story.

After the laboratory’s direction was changed from the super-soldier serum to synthetic augmentations, she was promoted to staff sergeant and was further modified, this time at the Homestead Laboratory where she was given subliminal directives to assure her compliance with a non-human outcome program. Given the extreme violence she exhibited during the breakout, her genetics were given further tweaks. It was subsequently found that the dominance she displayed in interpersonal interactions led her to exert sexual control over each of the new members of the squad assigned to her.

Further enhancements were made to her at the laboratory in 2015 and 2017. After the 2015 enhancement, it was found that she was now able to exert sexual control over members of the general military population from the rest of the base including the base commander and over the military scientists and lab workers. The director decided to allow this and in the 2017 enhancement, steps were taken to increase this control with a pheromonal supplement.

The H.E.R. increased to 3.417 in 2015 topping out in charisma and scoring the highest levels seen before in pheromonal, strength and endurance. Pauline’s H.E.R. increased to 3.667 in 2017 hitting the top limits in charisma and pheromonal and setting records in initiative, strength and endurance.

By 2016, she was overseeing all laboratory activities outside of the scientific research. Among her duties was the procurement of test subjects and the destruction of those subjects who could not be released back into the population. Among the subjects she brought in was the lab’s most successful candidate, the previously modified Teresa Kwang.

In February of 2014, citing “excellence in field service”, MacAvoy was promoted to staff sergeant commanding both Homestead squads. Although she had no formal officer training, she was given a second field promotion to the rank of second lieutenant prior the end of her term in 2017 and in 2018 was sent to Titusville as military liaison officer to Hoagland Institute. In the next three years, she was promoted to lieutenant, then captain and then major, topping out on the pay grade at each rank. Her pay at the time equaled that of a major with over eighteen years of experience. She was also paid generously by the Hoagland Institute as Director of Security. All corporate security in Titusville, Merritt Island and Buena Vista reported to her.

Pauline was so successful that the laboratory at the Homestead military base was no longer needed after the final Teresa Kwang tests. Through pressure from the Director and the persuasiveness Pauline’s augmentations gave her, the military funding was continued at the Hoagland Institute’s Merritt Island facility. Pauline was made military liaison officer and misdirected all governmental oversite. To assure her ability to assume greater responsibility, she was given a final degree of genetic modifications at the Homestead laboratory before it was dismantled. That augmentation brought Pauline’s H.E.R. to a statistically impossible 5.167, hitting the ceiling in every category and scoring two points over the ceiling in pheromonals.

Pauline personally eliminated both the LaCroix and Ichikawa families to prevent the possibility of their interference with their respective daughters’ work. The deaths were recorded as accidents and not investigated thoroughly.

There was been concern that Pauline continued to use her abilities to exert sexual dominance over both male and female non-augmented staff. There were several instances of bruised and broken ribs, torn rectums, vaginal lacerations and pheromonal withdrawal.

In 2021, Teresa Kwan was brought into the facility. Upon seeing Pauline, she broke through the implanted memory blocks and became irrational, displaying her physical augmentations for the first time. After Teresa incapacitated two company security officers, Pauline subdued her. This led to Teresa becoming the first full synthetic implantation. Pauline took great interest in Teresa’s synthetic form and volunteered to undergo the process herself and fully use the potential of her enhancements. Allison Ulhrick, a regular romantic partner of Pauline’s volunteered one month later.

Pauline’s post implant H.E.R. was again above the top theoretical limit at 9.042. Her pheromonal score was 9.5. Every other score was at the ceiling of 9.0

When Doctor LaCroix was prompted to Chief Research Officer, she implemented a new process to enhance the H.E.R. results. MacAvoy, now a Lieutenant Colonel in recognition of events surrounding the DeMarco Incident, was the first subject to use this enhancement which pushed all of her scores above previously understood limits and giving her a H.E.R. of 9.364 with a plus 2.5 telekinesis.
