Monique’s father, Nathaniel Manning (1941-2020) was a bank auditor for Banco Popular prior to retirement. He had two children from his first marriage to Julia Sylvester (1942-1965), Donald Manning (1964-2036) of the United States Air Force, and Amanda Manning (1965-2044) an events coordinator for Universal Pictures. Nathaniel retired when Monique was three. His financial holdings when he retired were large enough that there were rumors he had embezzled a small fortune, but neither the bank nor the IRS could find any impropriety.
Monique’s mother, Kendra Kennedy Manning (1974-2020) was a physician at Bell Tooren Villa Convalescent Hospital. During the early days of the COVID-19 epidemic, Kendra caught the virus while at work. Nathaniel, who had a pre-existing heart condition, caught the virus from Kendra. Both passed away from complications from the virus in 2020.
While Monique’s mother was pregnant, an embedded Hoagland Institute operative provided her, and two dozen other pregnant women in Orange County, special neo-natal supplements developed by the Pleiadeans in Project Arcturus. Each of the babies born to these women was monitored by the operative. All were outstanding physical specimens. Monique and two others were found to be suitable candidates for genetic modification. Both of the other candidates needed to be institutionalized in an asylum while Monique progressed through the program.
Monique had her first genetic modification performed at the Homestead Air Force Base when she was eleven. At this time, she already stood 5’ 10” tall and weighed 110 pounds. Her initial H.E.R. was 1.163 with the highest scores in endurance and recovery. Her second modification also happened at the Homestead Air Force Base when she was sixteen. Monique’s H.E.R. was then measured at 1.417. The highest scoring categories were then endurance, strength and recovery. She was 6’ 2” tall and 143 pounds. Monique’s third modification was performed at the Merritt Island Research Facility in 2018 and her H.E.R. increased to 1.817. Her highest ratings were in endurance and strength.
In 2020, Monique graduated from Katella High School with a 4.0 average and plans to enter Stanford University. Before July 4th, Monique’s parents contracted COVID. On July 16th, her father died. After Nathaniel’s death, Kendra’s health deteriorated rapidly. She passed on August 6th.
Monique’s fourth genetic modification was performed at the Merritt Island Research Facility on August 30th, 2020. Her H.E.R. increased to 2.396 with the highest scores in endurance, strength and recovery.
During the post-procedure evaluation, it was learned that Monique’s parents had passed away in the previous weeks. (Monique was immune to the virus by virtue of her treatments.) Monique was brought in-house, officially as an intern rotating through departments. As Stanford had moved most courses online due to COVID, she was able to begin working toward her bachelor’s degree in September.
