Thomas Mosher is thought to have died in a drunk driving incident in Fint, Michigan in the summer of 2002, at which time he was replaced by a Draconian.  

The replicated Mosher worked in the planning department in Lansing, Michigan in 2001.  In 2002, he began working in the Mayor's office and in 2004, was appointed Deputy Mayor: City Services.  In 2006, Mosher was elected to the state legislature where he served until 2012 when he was elected to the state senate.  In 2024, he made an unsuccessful run for the United States House of Representatives.  He ran again in 2026 during the worldwide D.N.V. epidemic winning with seventy-one percent of the vote.  Mosher spent his entire term in the public eye denouncing President Keefe and calling for strong governmental measures to put the nation back on its feet.  He won the Presidential election in 2028 with fifty-two percent of the vote and an electoral landslide.  

The following December, Mosher was killed by Winter Delevingne while walking beside his motorcade as it crossed Manhattan.  Upon death, the Dragonian's physical appearance reverted back to its true form.  which shocked a nation fresh out of D.N.V. lockdowns into a lizard hunt.
