Domica is the oldest of four children growing up in an upper middle class home in Cherry Hill, NJ. Her father, Frederick Nixon (1955-2033), is vice president, acquisitions at a pharmaceutical firm in Philadelphia. Her mother, Monique Washington (1965-2049), is a patent attorney in private practice. Her brother, Martin (1994-?) was the youngest practicing oncological surgeon in the Baltimore area. The younger siblings are twins, Joni and Janice (1996-?) operate a small video game publishing firm in Newark, NJ.

[The four Nixon children were taken to the orbital platform for testing in February of 2002. All four were approved for genetic modification. Domica’s H.E.R. after the first augmentation was 1.583.]

Domica was a solid student with a strong interest in government and politics. At Princeton she developed an interest in weight training and wrestling. There was a brief scandal involving a relationship with a married state senator who eventually divorced and became a lobbyist in the Washington area.

[Domica received three more enhancements while in school. The first, in 2004 brought her H.E.R. to 2.146. The second, in 2008 raised it to 2.417. Finally, in 2012, she achieved a H.E.R. of 2.75.]

Domica joined the Hoagland Institute immediately after receiving her master’s degree in finance. Her initial position was to create budget forecasts and within four months was head of finance.

[When Domica arrived at the Hoagland Institute, she received a final genetic augmentation bringing her H.E.R. to 3.188 with her talents being the greatest in intelligence, cognitive and perception. Her siblings are all placed in positions outside of the Institute. Her parents and her former lover are all in positions very beneficial to the Institute’s goals.
