Pamela’s father, William Peters (1962-2018), and mother, Erin Garcia (1963-2018) were clinical psychologists at The Robert L. Hawkins High Security Forensic Institute. In the patient riot of 2018, they were both held hostage, tortured, and ultimately killed. Pamela was an only child.
The Robert L. Hawkins High Security Forensic Institute, attached to the Colorado Mental Health Institute on the grounds of the former Colorado State Insane Asylum, has been used for a number of years to house failed test subjects who did not require immediate termination. Peters and Garcia were the supervising physicians of the ward housing the test subjects.
In 2018, several of the patients described what appeared to be a Pleiadean light beaming into the facility although there is no record of Pleiadean interaction at the facility. A riot ensued resulting in a patient take over of the entire facility. Peters and Garcia were both tortured and killed during the incident.
Pamela was evaluated aboard the orbital platform in the summer of 2007 and found to be a viable candidate for genetic augmentation, but it is likely that a sample of her D.N.A. had previously been supplied by her parents. There is evidence that her parents used her for psychological experiments in conjunction with their work at the institute.
