Graceful Popov, better known simply as "Miss Grace", was cloned from the genetic line of Anastasia Popov, a line which originated by the pairing of DNA of Geoff Eichler and Barbara Holtzmann on Zeta Reticuli in the 20th century.  She was decanted in 2198, aged to approximate a sixteen years old and given an advanced education inside education pods before being shipped to Nu Tong Alpha Five's Isaac colony during a push to increase the local population base.  

Graceful was assigned a case worker she was to check in with on a regular basis, a five-year financial stipend and full autonomy.  She established herself in the Cowgirl Plaza entertainment district.  In 2217, she opened the Happy Lady Good Time Club.  The HLGTC quickly became the most profitable nightclub/brothel in Cowgirl Plaza and remains a popular destination for women from throughout the sector.
