Cici was raised by her mother, Angelica Rimerez (maiden name DiMeillo).  Her father, Armondo Rimerez, who had moved to Columbus from Chicago shortly before 9/11 was killed in Iraq while serving in the U.S. armed forces.  Cici never knew her father, or his family (who remained in Chicago).  Angelica DiMeillo (TS#1991012655) had been a test subject of the Pleiadeans aboard the Orbital Platform before the founding of the Hoagland Institute, and had undergone several of the early high-dose augmentations later abandoned.  While Cici was growing up, she worked at the home office of a national restaurant chain where she eventually became National Supply Distribution Manager.

It is unknown what Cici's initial H.E.R. scores might have been at as a child.  It is believed that given the experimental nation of her mother's genetic augmentation's, Cici's own ratings may have been significantly elevated.  Cici grew up without her father or a connection to her father's family.  It is reported that as a child, she was intrigued by the idea of a father figure, but that by the time she was ten, she had become entirely dismissive of men in general.

As a teenager, Cici's friends experimented with recreational drugs.  Although there was no monitoring of Cici, she was able to rapidly metabolize drugs she ingested rendering her incapable of achieving a recreational high.  It is speculated that the recreational drugs she took would, however, have made subtle lasting changes within her brain chemistry and to alter her chemical and hormonal make up.

She contracted the DeMarco Nanite Virus through sexual activity with a cohort of females while she was on LSD.  The strain of nanites involved appear to have been early generation variants found in meta-amphetamines supplied by biker gangs under the control of Tasha Baker. 

In the late 2020's, Columbus Ohio had the fourth highest number women who identified as Cruzers.  (Behind Minneapolis, Madison and Indianapolis,)  Cici read all of the writings of Doctor Kimberly Cruze committing entire volumes to memory.  She became heavily involved with the local Cruzer movement and travelled to Indianapolis where she was able to meet Doctor Cruze in person. 

After the fall of the United States of America, one of the first political entities to arise was the Free State of Florida.  Doctor Kruze personally asked Cici to travel to Tallahassee for the FSF National Constitutional Convention in the spring of 2031 to represent the interests of evolved Homo-Matronis women.

In Tallahassee, Cici met former Florida State Assemblywoman Lacy Rose, who she married in 2032.  Cici formed the Ban Men political movement which evolved into a political party pushing for progressive causes such as forced castration and the elimination of male suffrage.  Lacy Rose would become a FSF Senator and a leading critic of the coalition government up until the Republic of California annexed all of North America.
