Brian Streeter was a young man in his twenties during the collapse of the United States of America. He served briefly in the border war between the New American Union and the Free State of Florida without seeing combat. After the war, he joined the Orange County Sheriff's Office. After failing the entrance exam for the Free State Troopers, he was offered a position with the Free State of Florida Department of Procreation. In 2048, the sergeant under his command, Juanita Marin passed the lieutenant's test and took over his team. He was reassigned to an office position and then offered early retirement.
