After the Pleiadeans enslaved the inhabitants of the Zeta Reticulon star system, career bureaucrat Suki al-Ghoal was given command of a Reticulan vessel and sent to Sol Three (Earth) to evaluate its strategic use against the Dragonians. The ship arrived in 1972, ninety-one Earth years after the Pleiadeans' previous survey ship was lost - the only survivor being Riliynnmitore. As there was no active jump gate in the Sol System, the trip took four Earth years, during which, Suki al-Ghoal's limited intellectual ability atrophied.
After arriving at Sol Three, the ship's engineer, Laamtora Perchta, designed an ingestion tank for the Pleiadeans to soak in a paste made from pulpified bovines. Suki al-Ghoal established Project Green Sky to find a suitable human agent to create and manage genetic manipulation of the human species. This would eventually become the Hoagland Institute.
After the initial preparations for Earth's development were completed, Suki al-Ghoal retreated to the ingestion tank where she luxuriated for days at a time. Her only other initiative was the creation of the Hyl-Mac Think Tank as a tool to destroy any lingering Draconian influence on the planet.
As she was designated an administrator at birth, Suki al-Ghaol was given no training in mathematics or in the sciences. By the time she arrived at Sol Three, she had lost the ability to measure quantities or arrange sequences. The scientists from her mission, especially Ailrinni al-Marid Phi Pop, became increasingly frustrated by Suki al-Ghaol's bureaucratic delays and rebelled in Earth year 2022 stranding Suki al-Ghoal and her entire administrative team at the Hoagland Institute.
In 2023, Audreona Betz attempted to assassinate Suki al-Ghaol and her administrators. Although the attempt failed, it was accompanied by a saline flush of their tanks which caused them to lose their humanoid form and become hybrids.
