Melissa was adopted by Francis Teague and Kyleen (Wynn) Teague of Clinton Township, Michigan. She was raised as an only child. Francis Teague owned several commercial properties in Ann Arbor, Pittsfield and Ypsilanti, Michigan. Kyleen Teague inherited three Ford dealerships in Ohio.

Melissa was conceived by genetic material taken from Geoff Eichler (TS1986092465) and Barbara Hotzmann (1986102919) and combined aboard the orbital platform. She was born with an estimated H.E.R. of 1.292.

Melissa attended Clinton Township public schools until high school when a private tutor was hired.

Melissa was tutored aboard the orbital platform and met all requirements for her high school diploma after two years. She received further genetic modifications in 2001, 2003 and 2005.

While attending the University of Michigan, Melissa worked full time on the 2004 reelection campaign of a Michigan Representative in the U.S. House. After the campaign, Melissa secured an internship at Ann Arbor’s Pfizer facility while writing a paper on pharmaceutical ethics.

Under Institute direction, Melissa secured a position on the political campaign of a U.S. House Representative. She secured video and audio compromising both the Representative’s morals and financial ethics. The Representative has since been cooperative with the Institute.

Melissa then gained access to the computer network of Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and compromised the networks allowing the Hoagland Institute the ability to access all communications and research globally.

After earning her bachelor’s degree, Melissa moved to California and was hired by Sean Quinn (1975-present) to work as his assistant at Quintrell Associates. The two became romantically involved immediately and a baby was born the following year. After Quinn’s divorce, he and Melissa lived together as a couple.

In 2006, Melissa was sent to California to monitor Sean Quinn’s (TS#1990070114) new business venture. Quinn remains unaware of the augmentations given to himself, his wife or his daughter and is not aware of Hoagland Institute’s involvement in his life. Melissa was hired as his assistant and became his mistress. Casey Quinn was born in 2007 with an estimated H.E.R. at birth of between 1.380 and 1.450.

In recognition of her work. Melissa was given an addition genetic augmentation in 2015 which brought her H.E.R. to 4.279 and dramatically slowed the aging process.
