Domica is the oldest of four children growing up in an upper middle-class home in Cherry Hill, NJ. Her father, Frederick Nixon (1955-2033), was the vice president, acquisitions at a pharmaceutical firm in Philadelphia. Her mother, Monique Washington (1965-2049), was a patent attorney in private practice. Her brother, Martin (1994-?) was the youngest practicing oncological surgeon in the Baltimore area. The younger siblings are twins, Joni and Janice (1996-?) operated a small video game publishing firm in Newark, NJ. All four siblings were eventually brought into the Hoagland Institute.
The four Nixon children were taken to the Pleiadean orbital platform for testing in February of 2002, although all four were younger than the standard guidelines allowed. All four were approved for genetic modification. Domica’s H.E.R. after the first augmentation was 1.583.
Domica was a solid student with a strong interest in government and politics. At Princeton she developed an interest in weight training and wrestling. There was a brief scandal involving a relationship with a married state senator who eventually divorced and became a lobbyist in the Washington area. He would later be used to bring two agency operatives into positions within his lobbying firm before dying in a single vehicle accident in Maryland which was deemed "suspicious".
Domica received three more enhancements while in school. The first, in 2004 brought her H.E.R. to 2.146. The second, in 2008 raised it to 2.417. Finally, in 2012, she achieved a H.E.R. of 2.75.
Domica joined the Hoagland Institute immediately after receiving her master’s degree in finance. Her initial position was to create budget forecasts and within four months she was the head of the finance department.
When Domica arrived at the Hoagland Institute, she received a final genetic augmentation bringing her H.E.R. to 3.188 with her talents being the greatest in intelligence, cognitive and perception. Her siblings were all placed in positions outside of the Institute. Her parents and her former lover were all in positions very beneficial to the Institute’s goals.
