The current Stephanie Williams seated on the council is a second-generation clone, created on Reticuli with accelerant applied and implanted with core memories from the series original. She is the second Williams clone on the council since the original.

She is personally responsible for interactions between the Majestic Council and the local governing bodies of the three human occupied star systems. She resides in the Mayworld Crystal Towers District and is married to Cailie Hadid (MAY-222100105) a third generation Hadid clone who is currently working to integrate deeper A.I. into autonomous drones.

Williams is an advocate of stronger central controls emanating from Mayworld, and in reforming local governments into a more standardized format. She is also in favor of limiting the male gender to residing on one breeding colony in each sector.
