The B-Line of the Terran series clones are all based on Arthur George Hamlin.  0088 was one of a group of B series clones decanted in Terran year 2024.  He was originally created as a battle variant.  The original battle variant of the Kwan series, Proto TK-0001, was decanted at the same time and the Reticulans pair-mated them.    

He was deployed to Terra in 2025.  The ranking Draconian, 'Ca'brakan', had recently died; MJ12 was reorganizing after the attack on its headquarters; and The Hoagland Institute was preoccupied with the construction of Barrett Base.  B-0088 was left with no instructions.  A monthly stipend paid him out of the MJ12 reserve fund while he waited for direction.

B-0088 went by the name Daniel Bernard Cooper which he found on one of the alias identities left behind by the original Arthur Hamlin.  He married Talia Miller, fathering two children with her.  When his wife and daughter relocated to Barrett Base, he remained in Florida believing he had a yet undiscovered mission to fulfill. 

In 2075, he felt his action was required to stop Casey Quinn's family from continuing to expand their control over humanity.  He travelled to Henderson Nevada to place the Quinn's genetic research lab under surveillance but was captured by Olean "Oaklyn" Bayer who tortured and killed him.
