Talia’s father, Van Miller (1980-2042) was a yard manager at Sanford’s Amtrak rail yard. Her mother, Taylor Gelsinger (1979-2081) was a widow and is a stay at home mother. Taylor and her late husband (Matthew Forke) had a daughter, Suzanne Forke (1999-2122).

Talia’s half-sister, Suzanne Forke (TS#2012071627) was a mechanical engineer and Fabrication Manager for Hoagland Institute.

To celebrate her seventeenth birthday, Talia and her best friend from school, Christina Pacholka (2023042200(D2), spent the weekend with Suzanne Forke. Over the weekend, both were infected with the DeMarco Virus.

After graduating from high school, Talia developed an interest in weight lifting.  When she started her sophomore year of college, she became a spokesperson for Wave Nutrients creating a social media presence.  She gained some notoriety with a web series chronicling her her workout routine during her pregnancy.

In 2025, she met Terran B-0088, a clone of Arthur Hamlin who had recently arrive from the Reticulan home world.  He took the pseudonym of Daniel Bernard Cooper which he kept for the rest of his life.  Talia and Daniel were married shortly before the birth of their first child, Daniel Junior.    

Although still married to Daniel, Talia moved to Barrett Base in 2065 where she took a position with the Hoagland Institute marketing their technology products to corporate clients.
