Knolpe, Brie
Brie's mother was an IT tech at N.A.S.A.'s Cape Canaveral facility.. Her father was a low level launch pad tech. There are reports that the Knolpe household was tense during Brie's childhood. Nigel Knolpe was resentful that his wife was better educated and better paid than he was. As time went by, he became resentful that she did not take his last name, as well as of her "hippy" habits and attitudes. As Nigel Knolpe pulled away, Ragan Renfield attempted to find solace and comfort in others, but continued choosing men whose attitudes were similar to her husband.
Brie and her sister both spent their childhoods trying to avoid men. Brie developed a disdain and distrust of men which led her to eventually join Lacy Rose's political movement. Isla, however, embraced an upbeat attitude in which men were simply a nuisance.
Brie attended the University of Florida in Gainesville. After a slight delay due to the COVID shut down, Brie completed a Bachelor's Degree in Women's Studies and a Master's Degree in the emerging field of Genetic Politics. In 2029, she began attending meetings of the Omni Sapphic Society which tied itself closely to the Kruzer movement. In 2031, she traveled to Madison Wisconsin where she had the opportunity to meet Doctor Kimberly Kruze. When the Ban Men political party formed in the Free State of Florida, Omni Sapphic became an affiliated fund raising partner of the party. Brie was assigned a position in law enforcement outreach where she met a young Department of Procreation officer named Juanita Marin who she would later marry.
