Victoria’s mother Mackenzie Gendron (1983-2088) was a bartender in Green Bay, Wisconsin with a history of religious ideations. The identity of her father was unknown during Victoria's childhood.  Victoria’s mother had been brought aboard the orbital platform in 2001 and impregnated using sperm from Geoff Eichler (TS1986092465).  Victoria's birth appeared to be an "immaculate conception" to Mackenzie Gendron whose mental health deteriorated over the coming years accompanied by a growing religious fervor.  She continuously found Christian imagery surrounding her daughter.

Victoria attended a religious high school with the expectation that she would become a nun.  She was expelled from the Franciscan college she attended for what was called a deviant overly sexual behavior.  As Victoria grew, she attempted to reconcile her mother's beliefs with the reality of the world around her.   

Victoria was hired by the Hoagland Institute in 2022 and trained for security.  She was then sent to Celestra Cay and assigned to Strike Team 4.  In 2023, after the death of Maxwell Campbell and the restructuring of the teams, she was promoted to Tean Leader, Rapid Response Team 4.
