Lori Justin was the only female child of Lori Majury not to gain genetic enhancements from her mother or from the DeMarco Nanite Virus.  She found herself lumped in with her underachieving brothers.  She was a loner who did not fit in while in high school.  When the family fled to Barrett Base, she was even more isolated. 

After Lora's sister Rhet and Rhet's wife Heather won the contract to develop Mars-Port, Lora was hired to manage their side project in agriculture.  When the project grew into Amore Foods, she was shuffled to the side.  She was elevated back into upper management when her mother and sisters sold off their shares to Samuel Rouche and moved to Mayworld leaving her in charge to face the ensuing lawsuits over contamination.  

Lora suffered a heart attack during the collapse of the Rouche corporation.  Her position was further complicated when Samuel Rouche filed an Order of Protection against her citing ongoing sexual harassment.  Cindy Grierson hired a health aide who kept Lora overly medicated while documents were prepared to give Lora sole responsibility for all criminal activity.
